Product structure

Our products combine physical candle sets with optional guided digital practices accessed online.
The digital practice becomes available only after you activate it using the link provided with your order.

1. Physical products (candle sets)

You may return unused and unopened candle sets within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at [your email] before sending the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returned items must be:
• unused
• unburned
• in their original packaging
• in resellable condition

Items that show signs of use, burning, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

2. Digital practice (online content)

Each candle set includes access to a guided digital practice.
Access to the digital practice is activated by clicking “Activate Practice.”
By clicking “Activate Practice”, you confirm that:

• You have received your candles and want to access the digital practice.
• You give your express consent to receive the digital content immediately.
• You understand that once the digital practice is activated, the set (candles + digital practice) becomes non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If you do not activate the digital practice, you retain the right to return the unused and unopened candle set within the return period.
Activation of the digital practice is recorded in our system.

3. Technical issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the digital practice (broken link, file not working, etc.), please contact us within 7 days at [your email].
We will first attempt to restore access or provide a working replacement.
If this is not possible, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the issue and applicable consumer protection laws.
Additional return conditions
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly and file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

Return approval

Returns must be approved in advance by our team.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Product characteristics

Our candles are hand made with natural wax and dried botanicals.
Variations in color, texture, or small botanical fragments are a natural part of the product and not considered defects.
These natural variations do not affect the quality or function of the candles.

Misuse and abuse of return policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of policy abuse, excessive return activity, or evidence of product use inconsistent with the conditions outlined above.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. 
Your order first goes through processing before it is shipped.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time 
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Orders traveling across the country (for example East Coast to West Coast) may occasionally take closer to the longer end of this range.

Total Delivery Time 
Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS.
Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
This includes:

- apartment, unit, or suite number 
- correct ZIP code 
- full street address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Delivery Delays 
Most packages arrive within the expected timeframe.

However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

- weather conditions 
- high shipping volume 
- carrier logistics delays
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the shipping provider.

Tracking Appears Stuck
Sometimes tracking updates may pause while the package is moving between sorting facilities.
This does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
If tracking has not updated for 7 days or more, please contact us at:

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Occasionally a package may be marked as delivered slightly before it physically arrives.
If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

1. checking around your delivery location 
2. checking with neighbors or household members 
3. contacting your local USPS office

Returned Packages 
If a package is returned to us due to:

- incorrect address 
- undeliverable address 
- failure to collect the package
the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Shipping Availability
At this time we ship within the United States only.
International shipping may become available in the future.
