Each day, you’ll work with one step from the sequence and
There is no “right” way to feel or experience this process. Stay present, follow the structure, and let the practice unfold day by day. If at any point you feel the need to slow down, take a pause and return when you’re ready.

Set aside 10–20 minutes daily. You can move at your own pace: one day at a time or with pauses if needed. If you miss a day, simply continue from where you stopped.
